Process Mining & Process Digitalisation

The domain experts are already in your organisation — they do the work every day and know it inside out. What is missing from the outside is the methodical perspective that sees what you can no longer see from the inside: where work is duplicated, where knowledge lives in people's heads rather than systems, where steps are done manually every day that software could take over.

Together we look at how work actually flows in your organisation, which steps create value and which simply happen because they always have. From this comes an optimised process that I implement as a digital solution: from AI chatbots for customer enquiries to automated onboarding workflows to fully digitalised sales processes.

Larger engagements

If we determine during the analysis phase that the project is too large or the deadlines too tight for a one-man show, I coordinate designers, developers, and domain experts from my network and run delivery as your project manager.

Project & Dev Lead

I take ownership of your tech project — from planning to finished product. In practice that means: sharpening requirements together, turning them into sprint tasks the team actually understands, running plannings and reviews, and making sure decisions get made instead of deferred.

I work with Scrum — but I know the difference between textbook Scrum and what actually works in practice. Working with me means no extra translation layer between business and engineering. That's me.

Data Analysis & Detective

There are better people for BI dashboards. I take on the cases where someone is genuinely stuck: money that has gone missing, patterns no one can explain, questions that need a fast answer. An example: a warehouse client needs to order new boxes in three days — which sizes did they use most over the past year and which were most efficient? An afternoon of data analysis, a clear answer. I do this for the challenge, not as a standard service.

Speaker & Educator

I run trainings, workshops, and talks — depending on what is needed. For employees: how to use AI tools like ChatGPT effectively, where the limits are, and which risks to know — practical and without jargon. For leaders: workshops that convey how technology changes decisions, teams, and organisations. And for conferences and larger events I speak about the deeper question of what technology does to us and what we can consciously do with it. What I have written recently is below.

The AI Coding Revolution: From Developer to Domain Modeller

AI tools make us faster, but they generate architectural complexities at lightspeed. Developers must now become domain modellers to stop invisible tech debt from toppling the foundation.

Vibe Coding and the Domain Layer: Why Founders Are Getting It Half Right

Meeting with founders building AI-assisted products reveals a pattern: they're surprisingly good modern developers, but they keep hitting the same wall. The complexity didn't disappear — it just moved.

IT Project Procurement Advisory

When you build a house, you bring in a structural engineer to check that what is being built actually matches what was ordered. Almost no one does this for IT procurement, even though the mistakes here are just as expensive. The wrong vendor, a poorly negotiated contract, requirements no one wrote down properly — that quickly costs six figures and months of delay. I guide you through these decisions: formulating requirements, dissecting proposals, asking vendors the right questions, reviewing contracts for hidden risks. Not as someone who says "I told you so" afterwards, but as someone who makes sure it never gets that far.
